How gorgeous are these sisters, seriously?!
Meet Aydin, an energetic, fun, and super sweet little girl. Aydin, like my son Parker, has aniridia (lack of iris). I was so honored to photograph her as part of the fundraiser for the Vision for Tomorrow Foundation. So far we’ve raised $440 and counting!
I had a tough time choosing my favorites, but here are a few 🙂
I have had the pleasure of photographing the Gage family twice now, and each time is more fun than the last. I just love these adorable Gage boys and their contagious smiles!
Becca did a great job styling this shoot – from the adorable pinwheels and paper airplanes, to the coordinating pennant banners (check out Coco Sailore on Etsy for banners). Fun props like these can really add a lot to pictures 🙂
Here are a few of my faves from their session:
Remember this gorgeous couple from their maternity session? Welp, beautiful little Bella has arrived and is one of the cutest little babies I have ever seen…EVER! Love this family and can’t wait to watch sweet Bella grow up 🙂

So for those of you who know me and my family, you know that our son Parker was born with special eyes…very special. In fact, Aniridia only occurs in about 1 in every 60,000 births. “Aniridia” means the absence of the iris (colored part of the eye). Unfortunately, with Aniridia usually comes other malformations of the eye, some of which are degenerative. Parker gets around surprisingly well and is a very active and intelligent 3 year old. However, it is possible that at some point, he could lose his sight completely. Our goal is to preserve as much of Parker’s sight as we can, so he can continue to thrive and explore the world around us.
This is where the Vision for Tomorrow Foundation comes in – a wonderful organization whose goal is to support families affected by aniridia or albinism, and fund research for better treatment of the conditions associated with aniridia. There is some exciting research being done in hopes of preventing corneal blindness. How amazing would it be to be part of such a wonderful endeavor!
Together we can work towards the ultimate goal of preventing corneal blindness for not only Parker, but all the amazing kids with Aniridia.
What better time than now to get family portraits, updated pictures of your kiddos, or heck, even pictures of the dog! This is a great opportunity to get high quality photos for a really great price AND donate to a worthy cause in the process.
I know it sounds cliche, but time really does go by entirely too fast. My little boy turned 3 on Friday and I still can’t believe how fast the past three years have flown by! He gets cuter and cuter every day and never ceases to surprise us with the hilarious and ingenious things he comes up with 😉
Here are some shots of my little ham from his session at Laguna Beach 😉
Is there anything cooler than getting to shoot in an abandoned zoo? Seriously, this was one of the coolest places I’ve ever shot at! I feel lucky that I get to be a part of an awesome network of photographers in the Inland Empire – its so great meeting fellow photogs and going on group shoots like this one.
